About Us
Natural alpaca and sheep wool, crafted for cozy, ultimate comfort.
Our Farm, Our Promise
Exbury Farm is a small, family-run alpaca and sheep farm nestled in the heart of Southwest Michigan. What began as a love for animals and natural fibers has grown into a farm where care, craftsmanship, and sustainability guide everything we do.
We believe exceptional wool starts long before it’s spun or knitted. That’s why we focus first on our animals — raising our alpacas and sheep with patience, respect, and daily hands-on care. From open pastures to carefully managed nutrition, every decision is made with their health and comfort in mind.
Rooted in Care, Crafted with Purpose
Our alpacas and sheep are fed with hay and grain harvested directly from our own land, ensuring clean, nourishing diets and minimal environmental impact. Each year, their fleeces are sheared and thoughtfully processed — some sold directly to spinners, others spun by us into yarn and transformed into timeless goods.
From cozy beanies and socks to hand-crafted accessories and stuffed toys, every Exbury Farm product reflects our belief in slow, intentional making.
From Pasture to Product
We take pride in knowing exactly where our wool comes from — because it comes from right here. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just honest materials, local craftsmanship, and fibers that tell a story of care.
When you choose Exbury Farm, you’re not just buying wool — you’re supporting ethical farming, sustainable practices, and a connection back to the land.
